PureSolid™ Warranty

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights and does not limit or override them.

2. Warranty Coverage

PureSolid warrants that our composite decking and screening products:

  • Are free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship

  • Will not rot, splinter, crack, or suffer structural damage caused by termites

  • Are fit for use in residential or commercial outdoor decking applications

  • Have been manufactured and tested to resist fading, moisture, and general weathering, when used as intended and installed correctly

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase as shown on your invoice.

4. Conditions for Warranty Validity

To be eligible for coverage under this warranty:

  • Products must be installed according to PureSolid’s Installation Guide

  • Products must be used in applications deemed appropriate by PureSolid

  • Regular care and maintenance must follow the PureSolid Care & Maintenance Guide

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided in the event of a claim

5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow installation guidelines

  • Damage from movement or collapse of the supporting structure or ground

  • Normal wear and tear, natural colour fading, or weathering over time

  • Surface stains from dirt, mould, grease, or foreign substances

  • Fire, flooding, storms, or other natural disasters

  • Cost of labour for removal or reinstallation

  • Any unauthorised cutting, modifying, or structural alteration of the product

6. Warranty Claim Process

To make a claim:

  1. Submit a written claim within 30 days of discovering the issue

  2. Include the following information:

  • Description of the issue and where the product was used

  • Photos of the affected area

  • Quantity of affected boards

  • Copy of proof of purchase

PureSolid will assess the claim and, if accepted, may choose to repair, replace, or refund the affected product (or a portion of it), at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The maximum claim amount will not exceed the original purchase price of the product and may be adjusted based on the time since purchase.
