Return & Refund Policy

At PureSolid™, we stand by the quality of our products and want our customers to feel confident in every purchase. If you change your mind or need to return your order, please read the following terms.

🔁 Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • 📦 Items are returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • 🧾 A valid proof of purchase (e.g. invoice) is provided.

  • 🪵 Products must be unused, in original condition, and in resalable packaging.

  • 🚫 Custom-cut, made-to-order, or clearance stock items are not returnable.

  • 📍 Items must be returned to our Adelaide warehouse at the customer's expense.

  • 🧪 Restocking fee is 15% of the product price.

  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

After inspecting the returned product condition, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost and the inspection fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

🔧 Flawed or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or flawed product, please get in touch with us immediately. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, refund or return in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If a return is approved:

  • Return shipping fee is at PureSolid's expense.
